Biography
Mario Favini was born in
Corgeno, near Varese, on June 3rd, 1945.
His skilful qualities clearly show when he is only 14
years old and he completes his technical-artistic
training through the teaching of Pietro Annigoni.
Today, for Mario da Corgeno drawing, painting,
sculpture, poetry, design are not only qualifying
moments in his artistic itinerary, but they also
represent moments of life expression and enthusiasm. He
takes the inspiration for his artistic compositions from
his own country and from the people around him. Art is
the key for acknowledging the blessings that God gave
him since birth. And his path proceeds carved in marble,
in clay, in the heart of those who are able to see
creativity as a creation of Greatness. |
